Safety Features
You'll feel safe in the new Audi A6, which comes standard with a rearview camera and front and rear parking sensors. But it also comes with the latest cutting-edge safety technology with its Audi pre sense systems, which pretension the seatbelts and close the windows and sunroof when it detects an impending collision. Also standard on the A6 is Audi pre sense city, which includes forward collision warning, pedestrian detection, and automatic emergency braking. Optional driver assistance features on the new Audi A6 include a 360-degree camera, a head-up display, blind spot monitoring, rear cross traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, intersection crossing assist, and a night vision assistant with pedestrian detection.
Technology Features
The new Audi A6 has a sleek, modern dash with ergonomic, easy-to-use technology. It comes with two new MMI® touch response screens that are tilted towards the driver for easy access. You can operate its controls with the simple touch, scroll and swipe hand motions you use to operate a smartphone or tablet computer. The infotainment system is accessed through the upper screen, while controls for the heating, ventilation and seat settings are on the lower screen. The A6's available Audi virtual cockpit features a high-resolution 12.3" screen, two display modes and the ability to show your location in Google Earth or via a 3D map. Standard tech features include Bluetooth, a 10-speaker stereo, voice-control navigation, a panoramic sunroof, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay. Optional features include wireless device charging, a power rear-window sunshade, and power soft-closing doors.
